What is it exactly that you do? Is there some sort of program involved?

We are home buyers who BUY houses in the St. John’s/Mount Pearl area (Newfoundland, Canada). We are NOT real estate agents OR brokers and do NOT charge any commissions or fees for our service. We make our offers based on several factors which are indicated in the sellers form. Our offers attempt to create a win/win situation where we meet your needs as sellers and our needs as investors. There is no special program involved, we just analyze your situation and try to work out a solution.

Do you purchase homes outside St. John’s/Mount Pearl?

Right now, we only purchase homes within St. John’s/Mount Pearl Newfoundland and maybe a few kilometers outside city limits.

Do you purchase ALL types of homes? Or certain types?

We currently are leaning towards detached homes that need little or no work. However, we will consider every seller that contacts us.

How often do you sell homes on a rent to own basis?

There is no set amount of houses we sell on a rent to own basis. Just keep checking our website for our listings. Qualified applicants (apply here) will be contacted first.

How does your rent to own program work?

We finance buyers (at market interest rates) until they are able to obtain their own mortgage (usually 1 or 2 years). During this term, we work with the buyer to improve their credit until they are able to qualify for a mortgage. You can read more about our rent to own program by clicking here.
